Returns & Refunds policy
Unfortunately, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds. Product returns are considered losses given that we cannot guarantee that product quality and stability was maintained after being shipped. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that a product was tampered, contaminated or partially used. As such, we do not accept returns.
In cases of failed deliveries, we will not assume responsibility. As such, refunds (partial or full) are not honored. In some instances, deliveries are guaranteed depending on which shipping option is chosen. All orders are tracked via Canada Post and USPS or other international mail carriers depending on destination. Tracking numbers/references are provided for all orders upon processing.
